Crimpzange für die Befestigung elektrischer Leitungen

Eine elektrische Leitung benötigt an ihrem Ende einen sicheren Abschluss, um mit einem Leiter verbunden werden zu können. Besonders dann, wenn die Leitung aus Litzen besteht, also aus vielen dünnen Drähten. Diese dürfen nicht gebogen oder gar gebrochen werden, müssen alle zusammenhalten und benötigen eine Isolierung. Dafür werden in der Regel Aderendhülsen benötigt, die mit Hilfe einer Crimpzange befestigt werden können. Aber auch bei Kabelschuhen und MC Stecker kann eine Crimpzange eingesetzt werden.

Mit der TF Plus Crimpzange können Sie in nur 2 Sekunden die Presseinsätze wechseln und das Crimpwerkzeug ist einsatzbereit. Nutzen Sie unsere Pakete der TF Plus Zange für die Solartechnik, Elektroinstallation oder Fahrzeugtechnik mit verschiedenen Crimpeinsätzen oder kaufen Sie die TF Pluszange und ihre Presseinsätze einzeln.

Richtiges verwenden einer Crimpzange

Das Ende einer Leitung muss im ersten Schritt abisoliert werden und zwar auf die gewünschte Länge. Wichtig dabei ist, dass keine Litzen beschädigt werden – auch ein Biegen sollte vermieden werden. Nach der Abisolierung kommt eine Aderendhülse oder ein Kabelschuh über die Litzen bzw. das abisolierte Kabel. Damit dieser Abschluss entsprechend befestigt werden kann, kommt nun die Crimpzange zum Einsatz. Sie sorgt dafür, dass die Hülse oder der Kabelschuh fest mit dem Kabel bzw. den Litzen verbunden wird und nicht mehr herunterrutschen kann. Um die Sicherheit zu gewährleisten sind die Hülsen bzw. Schuhe am hinteren Ende ebenfalls isoliert. Bei der Benutzung einer Crimpzange ist zu beachten, dass sich durch zu wenig Kraftaufwand Kabel lösen können. Zu stark sollte der Kraftaufwand ebenfalls nicht sein, da Kabel oder Adern sonst beschädigt werden könnten.
